These terms govern use of the TeyaRx India medicine store operated by Teya Health India Private Limited. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Platform role
TeyaRx provides technology for catalogue search, prescription submission, order coordination, payment-status handling, and delivery tracking. Medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. TeyaRx does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, or emergency service.
Eligibility and account details
You must provide accurate information, be legally capable of entering a contract, and be authorised to order for the named patient. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use.
Medicine information
Catalogue descriptions, images, availability, delivery estimates, and displayed prices may be updated. Packaging may differ from the image. Medicine information is general and must not be used for self-diagnosis or to disregard professional advice.
Prescriptions and restricted products
A valid prescription from an appropriately qualified prescriber is required where applicable. The pharmacy may reject, verify, or request clarification of a prescription. We do not knowingly process prohibited, habit-forming, forged-prescription, or otherwise unlawful orders. No substitute should be supplied without the approvals required by law and professional practice.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase, not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs after the fulfilment pharmacy confirms prescription validity where needed, stock, serviceability, price, and other required checks. An item may be removed or an order declined if it cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
Prices, payment, and invoices
The final payable amount is shown before order confirmation and may include taxes, delivery, or other disclosed charges. Depending on the fulfilment pharmacy, available methods may include cash, UPI, Paytm, credit or debit card, and bank transfer. The payment page confirms the methods available for the specific order. Payment is processed through third-party providers. The dispensing or selling entity identified on the invoice is responsible for the sale and invoice details.
Delivery, cancellations, and returns
The Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Returns & Replacements Policy form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, impersonate another person, upload a false or altered prescription, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue at scale, interfere with security, or use the service to obtain regulated products unlawfully.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but availability can be interrupted and third-party information can change. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, responsibility is limited to loss directly and reasonably arising from the affected order or service, subject to applicable consumer law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other rights available under law. Questions and grievances may be sent to contact@teyahealth.com.
