Medicine-store policy

Returns & Replacements

Effective September 28, 2026

For safety and regulatory reasons, correctly supplied medicines generally cannot be returned after delivery. We will review reports of fulfilment or product-condition problems.

Potentially eligible issues

  • The delivered product is different from the confirmed order.
  • The quantity is short or an item is missing.
  • The product arrived expired.
  • The product or outer package arrived materially damaged, leaking, opened, or visibly tampered with.
  • A recall or pharmacy instruction requires the product to be returned.

Not ordinarily eligible

  • Change of mind or an accidental order after dispensing.
  • Correctly supplied prescription medicines no longer wanted.
  • Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products.
  • Products whose batch, label, packaging, or invoice cannot be verified.
  • Damage caused after delivery.

How to report an issue

Contact contact@teyahealth.com promptly with the order reference and clear photographs of the outer parcel, invoice, medicine label, batch, expiry date, and the issue. Keep the product and all packaging until the pharmacy provides instructions.

Resolution

After verification, the pharmacy or TeyaRx may arrange a replacement, pickup, partial refund, or full refund, as appropriate. Availability, applicable law, and safe handling requirements determine the resolution. Do not send a medicine back without authorised collection or return instructions.

Safety first. Do not use a product that appears incorrect, expired, contaminated, opened, or tampered with. Contact a pharmacist or medical professional if you have already taken it and are concerned.
