Teya Rx does not practice medicine. All medical decisions, including the decision to prescribe medication, are made by independent licensed healthcare providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

5. Medical Services Disclaimer

Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA approved. The decision to use compounded medications is guided by the licensed provider's medical judgment.

6. Payment and Billing

By purchasing a plan or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All pricing includes medication, provider consultation, and shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, your current month's medication will still be delivered, but no further charges will be made. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
