This policy describes how Teya Health India Private Limited (“TeyaRx”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the TeyaRx India medicine store.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact details such as name, mobile number, email, and delivery address.
- Account, order, invoice, payment-status, customer-support, and delivery information.
- Prescription images and the medicine information they contain when required to fulfil an order.
- Device, browser, IP address, cookie, security, and service-usage information.
Why we use it
We use data to provide the store, verify identity and serviceability, process and support orders, validate prescriptions through authorised pharmacy professionals, prevent misuse, improve reliability, communicate service messages, keep required records, and comply with law.
Who receives it
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to licensed pharmacy partners, authorised pharmacists, payment processors, delivery providers, hosting and communications providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, and public authorities where law requires it. Each recipient is responsible for its own lawful processing where applicable.
Payments
Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider. TeyaRx may receive a transaction reference, status, amount, method, and limited payer details, but should not receive or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, or one-time password.
Prescription information
Prescription data is sensitive. We use it for validation, dispensing coordination, audit, support, safety, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping. Do not upload prescriptions for someone else unless you are authorised to act for that person.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as required for fulfilment, safety, dispute resolution, security, legitimate business needs, and applicable legal or pharmacy-record obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and object to non-essential marketing. Some order, prescription, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies for session and security functions and analytics or advertising technologies to understand and improve the service. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although essential features may then stop working.
Children
The storefront is not intended for independent use by children. A parent or lawful guardian should place and manage any order concerning a minor.

Send privacy questions or grievances to contact@teyahealth.com. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not send passwords, OTPs, or payment credentials.

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
