- A concise description and the resolution you are requesting.
- Photos of the outer package, label, and product for damage, expiry, tampering, or incorrect-item reports.
Protect your information. Never send payment card details, UPI PINs, one-time passwords, or account passwords by email. Send prescriptions only through the secure upload flow unless support specifically provides another approved method.
